eLearning (also known as online learning) is a structured online course or learning experience. eLearning can be a fun and interactive way to train your staff anywhere, anytime. Step 1 - Analyse

  • Set up an obligation free meeting with one of our experts
  • Explore your project goals, learning environment, and learner characteristics.
  • Together, we will identify what is required to bring your vision to life using our state-of-the-art eLearning resources.
  • Our team will create a bespoke proposal and quotation based on your specific eLearning training needs, inclusive of a detailed project plan and storyboard.

Step 2 - Design

  • At this stage, our experts will review your storyboard or PowerPoint, obtain style guides, images, videos, and documents for inclusion.
  • Initial customisation meeting to confirm project goals, target audience, assessment strategy.
  • In this meeting, the team will provide an outline of the project steps, confirm timeframes and discuss finalised SME Storyboard or Power Point (Q&A) prior to development.
  • This meeting will be conducted Via ZOOM (approximately 1 – 1.5 hrs).

Step 3 - Develop

Once the project plan is approved, the team at Future Institute will work with you to deliver your interactive and engaging eLearning project.

  • A prototype will be developed for prior viewing and approval, inclusive of:
    – personalisation
    – corporate branding
    – corporate imagery
  • A proposed design template will be put forward for approval prior to development.
  • At 15% completion, a second meeting will be conducted (approx. 30 minutes) to confirm the product meets client-needs. ​
  • eLearning Development will finalised and a product provided for first review.

Step 4 - Review

  • Testing will begin using our review software
  • Clients are provided with the opportunity to submit requests for review online.
  • We encourage clients to provide access to future students to obtain user-specific feedback.
  • Alpha Testing (2nd Review)
  • Future Institute will make the changes and re-submit to the client to ensure original reviews requests have been successfully granted.​

Step 5 - Implement

  • Internal quality-testing and project finalisation commences / BETA testing.
  • The completed product package is provided. After which, a maintenance period of 2-3 months starts for any minor changes based on feedback from the target audience.
  • Any potential bugs identified will be amended.
  • Congratulations, your organisation can now induct and train its staff in an interesting and engaging manner that ensures retention.
