Motivation Foundation recently partnered with Future Institute of Australia when they facilitated a psychosocial hazards risk assessment workshop at their training centre in Vic Park. The “Save two hours per week” workshop is all about change, however Janet and John instilled that the biggest change was within each individual.

As I exit my role as Project Director on the Ichthys Project, I would like to commend Future Institute for the support and mentoring provided to the Ventia OPS-1 team over the length of the project.

Since we engaged Future Institute to assist us in closing the gap with our junior leaders and less experienced site based staff, we have witnesses a remarkable turnaround in employee engagement and productivity.
