This course is designed to provide team leaders, supervisors, and managers with the skills, knowledge, and tools they need to identify, analyse, evaluate, and implement risk mitigation strategies within the workplace.
Participants will learn how to effectively communicate their risk management plans to all stakeholders and achieve buy-in. They will develop a comprehensive understanding of risk management principles and techniques, learning to assess risks, prioritise them based on severity and likelihood, and develop strategies to minimise or eliminate them.
Through practical exercises and case studies, participants will gain the expertise to contribute to a culture of safety and resilience in the workplace, ensuring that risk management becomes an integral part of their organisational practices.
This course offers two options:
Both options are available either as face-to-face sessions for up to 18 participants or as virtual sessions for up to 9 participants.
To ensure our training meets the specific needs of your organisation, our Instructional Design Team will facilitate a virtual meeting to customise and contextualise the content. This will include developing suitable activities, scenarios, and workplace application strategies, in line with your workplace procedures and practises, to ensure meaningful outcomes.Â
We recommend an eLearning module be completed by participants prior to the workshop. This pre-learning will provide the underpinning knowledge for theorists and reflectors and allow the session to be more practical and application based (at additional cost)
