Over the last 20 years, Cecelia Masterton has held a variety of learning and development positions within a range of industries including vocational education and training (VET), mining, oil and gas, not for profit and telecommunications.

Cecelia believes that coaching is a vital way to improve the skills knowledge and capabilities of individuals in any environment. It enables people to receive information to help them improve in a way that directly relates to their learning and communication style as the coach puts in the effort to get to know their coachees.

Encouraging a safe environment for open, two-way communication, Cecelia uses past experiences and current knowledge to promote honest discussions. She uses her communication and teaching skills to motivate coachees to stretch themselves and achieve desired outcomes.
