Mark is an experienced and passionate trainer who has been providing training and education for over 30 years.

He has been fortunate to have trained for many respected and high-profile organisations.

Mark has extensive Management and Board experience having held positions of President, Chairman, Managing Director, Chief Operating Officer and General Manager.

He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Health and Safety, Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management, Associate Fellow of the Nautical Institute and an Adjunct Lecturer with Edith Cowan University.

He is a past President and Life Member of the Energy Club of Western Australia (Petroleum Club of Western Australia) and past Chairman of the Leeuwin Ocean Adventure Foundation.

Mark’s career progression has seen him work in a variety of industries including Construction, Mining, Maritime and Oil and Gas.

  • Mark is the Chairman of Ashburton Assurance Australasia, a Third Party Certification Assessment Body providing management system assessment services throughout Australasia. Ashburton certifies business management systems under international standards.

2017-Current – Director Elect Training & Consulting

  • Mark is the Director of Elect Training & Consulting, a company specialising in Workplace Health and Safety

2016 – 2017 – General Manager Commercial Development

  • Mark was the General Manager for Commercial Development with one of Australia’s largest private training organisations with training centres located throughout Australia and internationally

2008 – 2016 – Chief Operating Officer

  • Mark was the Chief Operating Officer for a large private training organisation delivering a wide range of course including High Risk Work licences, Occupational Health and Safety and Emergency Management.
